Digital Downloads

Buying a digital photograph from Scotland Through the Lens couldn't be simpler andonly takes a few minutes. To purchase an image simply follow these instructions:

Purchasing an Image

1. Find the digital download image you wish to purchase and click the 'Add to Cart' button. This will take you briefly to the 'shopping Cart' page before automatically returning you to the store. Notice, too, how the number and value of items you have selected to purchase is now displayed at the top right hand side of the page.
2. On being returned to the store you can continue shopping, i.e. select another image, or you can go to the checkout to purchase your selection/s. To finish shopping, click the 'Checkout' button at the top right hand side of the page. This will take you to the 'Shopping Cart' page.
3. Complete the form on the 'Shopping Cart' page and click the 'Next' button. At this point you can choose to tell us how you found our site and the reasons behind your purchase or you can go straight to PayPal to complete your transaction by clicking the 'Next' button. N.B. When buying digital dowload products, a download link will be sent to you in an eamil. For this reason it is essential that you enter your email address accurately.
4. At this point in the transaction you are transferred to PayPal's website. If you already have a PayPal account you can log in to PayPal, otherwise click the 'Continue' link under the 'Don't have a PayPal account?' heading, located half way down the page.
5. Once you have filled in your details and PayPal has accepted your payment, you will be sent an email from andy@scotlandthroughthelens.com. To download a zipped copy of your purchase, simply click the link in this email. N.B. The download link in your email will only remain active for 48 hours after purchase.

Removing Products from your Shopping Cart

To remove selected items from the shopping cart, follow these simple steps:

1. Click the 'View Cart' button to take you to the Shopping Cart page.
2. Check the tick box in the 'Remove' column next to the item you wish to remove and click the 'Update' button. Your product will have now been removed from the cart.
